The title word Gumi, meaning elastic, gives us the
expectation to a flexible fluent atmosphere of sounds ,Aproject with a mix of a new eastern oriented music, not in an obvious way, but rather in a creative blend of clubby style, bold analog baselines that convey a warm feeling contrasted by 303 acid lines. Diverse, Tribal with ethnic drops.

This was my introduction to Ott, and he's been one of my favorites ever since. The vocals toward the end of the first track get me right in the happies every time.

Magical and timeless all the way through. Favorite track would be The Aubergine of the Sun, except there's that part in the middle of Adrift where you start listening as a human and end up a one-eyed snail scrunching reality up into melting origami puzzles.
